Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by All Season Property Care ("All Season Property Care", "we", "us", or "our") and your use of our website at allseasonpropertycare.ca. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
All Season Property Care provides residential and commercial property care services including house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/out cleaning, window cleaning, lawn care, post-construction cleaning, property maintenance, and rental turnover cleaning in London, Ontario, Canada and surrounding areas.
All services are performed by trained, insured staff. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a service if conditions at the property pose a health or safety risk to our team.
2. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes provided by phone, email, or our website contact form are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs materially from the description given at time of booking (e.g., a home in significantly worse condition than described).
We will notify you of any price adjustment before proceeding. Starting prices for each service type are listed on our website for reference.
3. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed when you receive written or verbal confirmation from All Season Property Care. We ask that you ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time without prior notice from you, a lock-out fee may apply.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- 24+ hours' notice: You may cancel or reschedule at no charge.
- Less than 24 hours' notice: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service price may apply.
- Same-day cancellation or no-show: The full service fee may be charged.

5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of each service unless a recurring billing arrangement has been agreed in writing. We accept cash, e-Transfer, and other methods as communicated at time of booking. Invoices not paid within 14 days may be subject to a late payment fee.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, contact us within 24 hours of completion and we will return to re-clean the area in question at no additional charge. Our guarantee applies to the specific areas and tasks included in your booking.
7. Liability
All Season Property Care carries liability insurance. If you believe damage was caused during a service, you must notify us within 48 hours of service completion with photographic evidence. We will investigate and, where our team is found responsible, arrange repair or replacement of equivalent value.
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, fragile items not disclosed at time of booking, or items left unsecured. Our liability is limited to the value of the service performed.
8. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when booking
- Secure or identify fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items before our arrival
- Ensure pets are secured during the service
- Provide access to water and electricity where needed to perform the service

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of All Season Property Care and is protected under Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our express written permission.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
